Collectorate Kishalaya School is a renowned academic institution of Munshiganj. Established in 1978 former name Kishalaya Kindergarten has always been the first choice for education. Starting from a decayed structure now with all your help we have a 3- storied building. The building has 14 classrooms, multimedia facilities, modern computer lab and an open space for assembly and sports. The school is directed by a responsible managing committee, wise headmaster, skilled teachers and sensible staffs.

Objective:

  • We provide proper education to our students to make them confident as well as creative.
  • We ensure latest technical support and scientific teaching method.
  • Teachers play an important role in every students’ life. Our teachers handle each student with equal care. Headmaster solves if any issues come regarding studies.

Evaluation:

  • According to the academic calendar first terminal examination in April-May, second terminal examination in July-August and annual examination in November-December will take place.
  • Class merit list will be produced from the average result of the three terminal examinations. Classes having more than one section will declare a combined merit list for the regarding class.
  • Students must attend all three terminal examinations. No merit position for the absent students in any of the exams.
  • Results will be given to the guardians in a progress report. Exam papers of the first and second terminal exams will be given with the progress report. After observation and signing the progress report guardians would return the report and papers in a file within 3 working days after result day.
  • Exam papers of the annual examination will be reserved in school. With the headmaster’s permission guardian can observe the papers.

Tuition and other fees:

  • Tuition fees will be collected on the 5th and 10th without fine and on the 15th with delay fine. One must bring the students diary along for giving the fees and take receipts.
  • If lost one must apply for a new diary with 100 tk fine.
  • Students have to apply for readmission in case of not paying fees of two months consecutively.

School uniform:

Boys’ uniform:

White shirt, sky-blue pant (half pant till std 2 and full pant for std 3 and above), sky-blue tie, white cades shoe and white socks. Navy blue pullover for winter. Short haircut.

Girls’ uniform:

Round neck sleeveless sky-blue frock on top of white shirt, sky blue tie, white cades shoe and white socks. Navy blue pullover for winter. Hair must be tied with white clip or ribbon.

Every student must bring white napkin.

 

 

Rules and regulations:

  • Students must attend classes regularly.
  • Students must attend daily assembly.
  • Participation on national days is compulsory.
  • For irregular attendance, wrong behaviour etc. teacher and guardian will solve the issue.
  • If affected in any infectious disease students should not come to school.
  • For exemption certificate one must submit an application to the headmaster. Certificate will be issued if all the due fees are cleared. Exemption certificate fee is 100 tk.
  • No student can leave the school premise without guardians ‘consent.
  • Personal hygiene and clean dress are highly recommended.
  • Books and exercise books must be wrapped in white or brown paper. Name, class, section, roll no. must be written in a 4 by 2.5”tag for each copy.
